This Basic Boiler Plant Operation distance learning course is designed to introduce students to the concepts necessary to begin or further a career in stationary engineering.
The course comes with a two volume book set to supplement your online experience. In addition to over 900 pages of printed text your online training uses animation, graphics and movies to help you through the course at your own pace. The course uses self-testing at the chapter and mid-term level to demonstrate and reinforce the student's progress. Contact with an instructor is also available to answer questions and help guide you through to successful course completion.
The course is designed primarily for an operator in a smaller high pressure plant and for low pressure boiler operators. This course can assist the student in obtaining many jurisdictional and state licenses or certifications at the entry or lower licensing levels including ASOPE and NIULPE.
