The National
Association of Power Engineers (N.A.P.E.) is dedicated to the purpose of
education and supports the following…
“This
Association shall not be used for the purpose of interfering in any way
between its members and their employers, recognizing the identity of
interests between employer and employee, and shall not support any
project or enterprise that will interfere with the harmony between them.
Neither
shall it be used for political or religious purposes.
Its meetings shall be devoted to the education of engineers in
all of its various branches and to the business of the Association.
Members pledge to secure and enforce engineering license laws to
prevent the destruction of life and property in the generation and
transmission of power.”
